Every generation has outperformed the previous one through various changes in the education system and fresh eyes on old subjects... until this one. A worrying discovery shows that today's students are underperforming their parents and even their older siblings as technology becomes more embedded in schools. Not to mention that the usage of AI has greatly increased, which fosters the decline in original, creative thinking. It is of the utmost importance that schools consider how these drastic changes in technology will affect their development, and perhaps parents could decide whether or not they want to continue including technology in everyday life.
