With Autumn arriving, bringing colourful changes and colder weather, you may question what could be some fun filled activities. Well, here they are! A cultivated list of various activities based on your child's age, these can work as family, rest, or active days that also help you get into the spooky spirit!
Toddlers & Preschoolers
Collect colorful leaves and make a simple collage
Visit a pumpkin patch and pick a tiny pumpkin
Sensory bins with dried corn, pinecones, and mini pumpkins
Leaf pile jumping (with supervision!)
Paint pumpkins with washable paint instead of carving
Go on a short fall nature walk looking for acorns and squirrels
Early Elementary
Apple picking at an orchard
DIY bird feeders with pinecones, peanut butter, and seeds
Scavenger hunt for fall items (red leaf, pinecone, smooth rock, etc.)
